14... and now there's two

Tohma is here! He's a nice guy and one my best friends from home. We played in a band together until I went to the States and he started his own company. Be nice to him, okay? Although he still gets up way too early. Evil evil cold feet.

Sorry about the surprise Tetsu! I didn't think it would be that bad.

Tohma! I wrote some songs! Shuichi, did you sing that one we made for Eiri? I wanna hear it!

Well, that was very nice of you.

I'm pretty sure famous people in America end up with managers who push them to their limits for good reason. More gets done--but it's not always the best quality, right?

So, I'm sure what you've written will be more powerful than if someone held a gun to your head and commanded you to write. I'm looking forward to seeing it.

I honestly don't believe Americans have even the slightest understanding as to what a genuine rock star is.

I'd really like to see it, Ryuichi. ♫

Yes, well, you certainly are a unique individual, Ryuichi.

Whenever you're ready.

[identity profile] blameshimself.livejournal.com 2009-12-01 07:19 pm (UTC)(link)
I don't think you'd need to go to such drastic lengths. One glare from you and they should learn their lesson.

[Steepling of the fingers under his chin]

[Tohma is completely unsurprised that the kanji are messy... nor that they are written in crayon.]

I see! [He looks at them, and the look on his face appears to be impressed.] This is definitely quality material.

Although, I can't say I'm surprised to hear Shindou-san needed help with lyrics. Luckily you were there to help him.

[identity profile] blameshimself.livejournal.com 2009-12-02 07:07 am (UTC)(link)
I can't help but feel that perhaps you shouldn't have helped him? Shindou-san won't learn if you keep babying him. You of all people should know that.

[identity profile] blameshimself.livejournal.com 2009-12-02 07:31 am (UTC)(link)
What's with this "getting revived" talk I get hearing about? And I don't think Eiri-san would hurt you like that.

[identity profile] blameshimself.livejournal.com 2009-12-02 07:47 am (UTC)(link)
...I see. Something else that's completely illogical.... I've heard it said before, but I really don't want to go out and test it.

Now, why would you do that...?

[identity profile] blameshimself.livejournal.com 2009-12-02 07:52 am (UTC)(link)
[This is Tohma regarding Ryuichi for the longest time]

I see.

[And this is Tohma wondering what the hell has been going on while he wasn't around]

[identity profile] blameshimself.livejournal.com 2009-12-02 08:22 am (UTC)(link)
[Although startled but the sudden change in language, Tohma changes to English as well.]

I can't say I ever have. I usually need to be sober so I can negotiate with other people.

Ryuichi, why are we speaking in English?

[identity profile] blameshimself.livejournal.com 2009-12-02 04:34 pm (UTC)(link)
I can't say I'm surprised. Many people who are drunk tend to do things that are opposite of their personality or completely lose their inhibitions and do things they would never do sober. Although, I didn't know that about Eiri-san. He'd never really gotten drunk in front of me before.

[Tohma regarded Ryuichi for a moment and a hopeless laugh escaped his lips]

Of course. I doubt you'd be speaking in English if you disliked it.

[Tohma finds himself smiling one of those genuine smiles again, and he is quite sure he's never smiled so honestly so often in a long time.]

Business? You actually want to sit down and talk about it? I thought you'd be fleeing in terror at there mere mention of the word.
