42... i has a boo-boo

[ voice | Japanese ]

[ A few moments of static and some muttered curses in English. There's the sound of something crunching as if someone is laying in broken glass and a low moan. ]

...Ow. That smarts.

Can... someone come pick us up? We're not moving from here.

[ OOC: Tohma hasn't been eating and when Ryuichi showed up with soup for Suguru, the smell caused Tohma to faint, which caused Ryuichi to try to catch him. The weight and height overbalanced Ryuichi so they both fell to the ground on top of the bowl of soup Ryuichi just brought them. So, not only is he cut with some of the bowl pieces, Ryuichi managed to land wrong on his arm and break it, and Tohma managed to sprain his wrist trying to not land so hard on top of Ryuichi. ]

[The moment he tells her the location she sprints off, rushing into the room within minutes.]

Tohma-san?! Ryuichi-san?!

[She spots the two on the ground in a soupy mess and rushes over to crouch by Tohma.]

Hey, it's Kaname... Can you move? Let me help you up.

[ Staring at her because how the hell did she get here so fast. ]

[ Wow, there was a big enough crowd to have a small concert, not that Ryuichi was in any condition to start singing again. Instead he salutes with his good hand. ]

Hey!

[ And then dissolves into fresh giggles. ]

[She sighs in relief seeing that the both of them didn't seem to be on the verge of death and gives herself a moment to catch her breath.]

You both scared the heck outta me, you know. I thought you two were attacked also!

[Pausing as Ryuichi starts bubbling with giggles, Kaname quickly assesses the situation to see if there was something funny about this situation or if he was just losing it.]

Oh, Ryuichi was attacked... by me keeling over on top of him. We fell, that's all. It looks like Ryuichi's arm is broken, though. Is it?

It probably is. Hurts like crazy.

[ Snicker, snort and wiggles his fingers despite the pain. ]

That was one helluva fall, you two... Can you move, Tohma-san?

[She kneels down and holds out her arm for Tohma to grab.] Lemme help you up. First thing's to get you two off one another- RYUICHI-SAN! Don't move your fingers like that! You probably shouldn't be moving your arm.

[ No. He likes his place here resting on Ryuichi. But, if Kaname is so adamant about him standing up, he'll stand up on his own thank you very much. Unsteady, but on his feet now. ]

She's right, Ryuichi.... Moving your arm too much, even if it's just your fingers could make it worse than it already is.

Really?

[ He looked at his hand and arm and then looked over at Kaname. Snorting again, he lays back against the floor. ]

If you say so.

[She blinks in slight surprise as Tohma opts to shakily stand on his own instead of receiving any help from her.]

A-ah...

Ryuichi-san, do you feel pain anywhere else? Is it only your arm?

It better be just your arm, Ryuichi.

[ He didn't want to be responsible for anything else broken on his band mate. ]

Why? I don't need to have doctors poke at me all night long.

[ Ryuichi carfeully sits up, pulling his injured arm tight against his side. ]

I need a bath.

[She can barely control not shouting at Ryuichi at trying to brush off a broken arm, pinching the bridge of her nose in restraint.]

Well, you NEED to get your arm fixed up and in a cast. That's definitely more important than taking a bath right now!

Tohma-san, you haven't mentioned anything, but are you hurt at all?

She's right. A bath can be your reward for being good for the doctor.

[ He laughs, pulling the sleeve of his sweater over his left hand. Out of sight, out of mind. ]

Don't be silly. I was the one who fell on Ryuichi. Why would I be hurt?

[ Ryuichi just looked at Tohma, not really saying anything but letting his look tell Tohma all of what he was thinking concerning Tohma hiding away his injuries. ]

[Kaname catches Tohma's obvious attempt to hide his wrist with his sleeve and just feels her last ounce of restraint break.]

Wh... YOU'RE JUST LIKE A LITTLE KID!! You're not gonna get in trouble for telling me you that hurt yourself. Plus, trying to shove all the attention to Ryuichi-san is just ridiculous! I mean, both of us want you to get medical help, too!!

[She trudged over to Tohma and gently lifted up his sleeve without actually touching him and points to his wrist.]

It's OBVIOUS you hurt your friggin' wrist!

[ Somehow, he's reminded of a certain brunette who liked to chain smoke. ]

[ And he says this even when his slightly swollen and bruised wrist is revealed: ] My injury isn't nearly as serious as Ryuichi's. It's my wrist, not my arm. [ And he flashes a smile. ] I'd just prefer it if Ryuichi was taken care of first... especially since he's the one who broke my fall.

Kaname, it's okay, really. Just help us to the doctor's and we'll be fine after that. I'll make sure that Tohma gets his wrist looked at after I get my arm taken care of.

[She lets out a sigh and releases Tohma's sleeve as she still looks at him somewhat scoldingly.] Of course I'll pay more attention to the graver injury, but it doesn't lessen the importance of yours!

[When Ryuichi speaks up, Kaname visibly returns to a more demure state as she glances over to him.] Right. Sorry, Ryuichi-san... I got too carried away. [She gives them both a bashful grin in apology before shuffling back over to Ryuichi - crouching down to move his good arm over her shoulders as she wraps her arm around his back to support him .] Here, let me help you up.
