Body and Appearance
1. Describe the character's height and build. Is he heavyset, thin, short, rangy? Ryuichi is about average height for a Japanese guy but is more on the skinny side thanks to his hyperness and eating habits. And while he is slender, it's not from a lack of exercise but a carefully controlled exercise regime that gives him a strong core without having he-man muscles.

2. How old is he? 34 and he sometimes likes it and sometimes doesn't. Like with everything else, he has two minds about growing old.

3. Describe his posture. Does he carry himself well or does he slouch? It all depends on his frame of mind - when he is on stage he moves like a sexual predator, when he is off he goes from a laid-back slouch to hyper bouncy kid. The way he carries himself when he forgets to put on an act is graceful and controlled.

4. How is his health? Is he fit or out of shape? Any illnesses or conditions? Any physical disabilities? He is good health, rarely catching colds or flues, and tends to stay the same weight due to a lot of micro-managing his eating habits so he can squeeze in those sugary treats he likes. He also has a high tolerance for drink and drugs, but whether it's an act or the actual thing is so very hard to tell.

5. How does he move? Is he clumsy, graceful, tense, fluid? When he's being normal, he moves naturally, comfortable in his skin and not really showing off. When he's acting like a kid, he runs into people, and bounces off walls and do all those silly stunts that kids like doing. But when he is on stage, well, that is when he gets very very sensual.

6. How attractive is this character physically? How does he perceive himself in the mirror? He is a pretty boy and tends to show it off to the fullest. A lot of men and women find him attractive to the point that a smile from him causes people to spontaneously have nosebleeds. However, Ryuuichi can easily look like a normal person if he doesn't put much effort in it, and have been yelled at by young fans when they thought he was nothing more than a pushy old guy trying to crash the stage.

7. Describe his complexion. Dark, light, clear, scarred? Very clear skin with maybe a few fine lines starting to show when he gets really really mad, and he has a pale skin tone for his Asian ancestry.

8. Describe his hair: color, texture, style. Dark brown and soft, he has it cut to a ragged mop that is just long enough to pull back from his face when practicing sets or working on lyrics. He has experimented with blond streaks and going a darker color but he always comes back to his natural color after a while.

9. What color are his eyes? I'm going with blue even if the manga says brown. Clear blue eyes that can either sparkle with mischief or turn dark with anger.

10. Does the character have any other noteworthy features? He looks more like a pretty teenage boy than a man nearing middle-age. And he carries around a stuffed pink rabbit named Kumagoro.

11. What are his chief tension centers? I would think the back of his neck and along his spine. He is on his feet for a long period of time or is bent over paper writing or studying computer screens and mixing boards. All those activities really press on the spine.

12. What is the character's wardrobe like? Casual, dressy, utilitarian? Bright colors, pastels, neutrals? Is it varied, or does he have six of the same suit?
When he is blending in, he really blends in with casual jeans and sweaters to scruffy sneakers. When he wants to stand out, he really stands out in flashy costumes that play on the glam part of rock, from the leather and tight clothing to showing off his body in new and though provoking ways. He also is not afraid to wear things like skirts, thigh high boots with heels and even giant pink rabbit suits.

13. Do his clothes fit well? Does he seem comfortable in them?

14. Does he dress the same on the job as he does in his free time? If not, what are the differences?
