He almost had it within his grasp. He nearly stayed in New York with XMR, but suddenly changed his mind.

It seems he lacks commitment... so perhaps that is the issue. He has an on-again-off-again relationship with Eiri-san, as well as with his band. He's threatened to leave Bad Luck... Three times, was it?

I heard about that and I dunno - it's almost like he has this huge block in his head that won't let him go far.

I think he just needs a steadier relationship with both the music and his life. Maybe if he can get a handle on both, he will shine like he's suppose to.

I think you're right. However, it's not exactly my place to nudge him in the right direction anymore. He's come far along enough that he should realize his own problems and deal with them accordingly.

I think what happened is he's fallen off the fence of love and music onto the side of love.

You're right; that kind of balance is possible, albeit not easily achievable.

No, he wouldn't. I wouldn't like it either. He's just going to have to find some way to inspire himself or give up music. I don't see a point in continuing to be a musician when you only give 10% of your effort.

Actually. I think it is the bunny. The mastermind behind Nittle Grasper is clearly Kumagoro. We mustn't let too many people know that, though.

["Thoughtfully"] We probably would never have been half as popular if Kumagoro were, say, a brown bunny, or a white bunny with a black spot on its eye.

If the day comes where we're forced to play as an opening act again, I think I'll just put my synthesizer in the closet and never look back. I don't ever want to be that bad.
