I never really thought about the holidays that much. Usually it's so busy that they just end up another day with the added bonus of singing for free. But I guess that's what I am doing here, right? Singing for charity...

Anyways, I'm looking for this monk I know, goes by the name of Tatsuha. I've heard he's suppose to be staying with his brother but I bet that it's a little crowded considering he's got to hang around Shuichi and Eiri. Maybe I can take him for a walk, right? I bet that would be nice of me.

Oh! Tohma! I'm gonna see about getting a chalkboard. That way your paper is safe and I think a guitar would be nice too. I just need to say hi to the scientists people, right?

[ And this is the Ryuichi, looking rather not like the usual pretty singer but a skinny man with shaggy hair and worn clothing, slouching against the wall and kicking some debris around.]

[Which gives you a wonderful view of Tatsy's brain breaking as he realises who the ~~hobo~~ man is. So yeah, rushing Tatsy again~]

I-I thought you said you were alright....

Hm?

[ Ryuichi just blinks for a moment and then laughs, the smile erasing some of the tension around his eyes. ]

Anyone would look bad without the proper bathtubs, Tatsuha!

[This logic isn't really getting far, but it's Ryuichi, his word is law and all that~ So he's going to step back, looking just a bit sheepish]

I guess you've got a point...they've got no water here?

Well, it's sort of sparse so I rather save the water I get for cooking and drinking.

[ Runs a hand through his hair and smiles, this one looking a lot more like the smiles he uses while talking to reporters. ]

But anyways, I was wondering if you can help me get a few things.

I'm really not that practical...

[Ooh, this is cheery. Tatsuha breaks out his own smile, it's small, but there]

Sure! I'd love to help.

Well, I want to gather some nails and rusted cans together and maybe see if they have something like string or tape. Though I don't think we can find tape here...

Oh! And a really big basket or some kind of container! Like doing a huge scavenger hunt, right?

[He really should be asking what the hell he needs those for, but that'd ruin the conversation, so the smile widens at the idea of spending so much time with Ryuichi.]

So like you've got something big planned, huh? Sounds like a lot of fun!

Yup! We're gonna make a few tricks on peoples.

[ His smile turns a touch wicked before he he bounces in place and leans in close to Tatsuha. ]

We'll have a blast, right?

[Oh wow, he's blushing already. And he's failing at being subtle and leaning closer.]

I'm sure we will!

[ Oh he knows that he was being just wicked here, but Ryuichi couldn't help leaning up and giving Tatsuha a peck on the cheek. You know, just to keep the fanboy happy and under his thumb. ]

Let's go, Tatsuha!

[Happy? Tatsuha's little fanboy heart nearly melted there. And that tiny little doubt over Ryuichi's intentions has pretty much collapsed.]

Sure thing! Where to?

[ Perfect~! Ryuichi gives a wink and heads off to the abandoned shopping area, picking up a length of pipe and swinging it onto his shoulders. ]

This way first to see about the nails and stuff.

And Tatsuha manages to see far more in that wink than he should.~ It even stops him from worrying over the pipe as he runs after Ryuichi.]

I guess this is gonna take a while, huh?

[ Something has to be used against some of the monsters and Ryuichi did not want to use Kumagoro all the time. ]

Probably. But it should be fun, right?

[Logic sorta left Tatsuha's thought process about five minutes ago. ~~You could also probably find a deeper meaning in his appreciation of Ryuichi and his 'weapon'~~]

I guess so, if we don't run into anything.

[ At least he can appreciate the way Ryuichi still wears his clothing, in that rock star hip-hugging motif complete with careless this-size-looks-sexy tightness. ]

That's why I brought a pipe! [ He swings it like a baseball bat. ] Tatsuha should get a weapon too.

[Oh, that's why doesn't really seem to be paying attention. And is so unwilling to avert his eyes to actually look around.]

I suppose. I'll make sure to get one first chance I get..

[ He does it intentionally. Sort of. Kind of. ]
